Arts and Crafts sideboard/dresser

Stunning oak Arts and Crafts sideboard/dresser with carved panels to the front and carved doors. Beautiful copper finish to the handles which are typical of the Arts and Crafts style. Would have originally have had a carved over mantle with mirror but that has been removed at some stage. There are two good sized drawers over the unusual carved cupboard doors. Fitted interior with shelf to each side and central wine bottle store (probably not original).

Painted in Annie Sloan French Linen with the side panels picked out in Country Grey. and then the exterior has been lightly distressed and waxed. The interior has been painted in a dry brush style for a rustic effect and to freshen the cupboards. This is clearly a craftsman built piece, with a shaped base and sides which add to the quality feel.

Sadly pieces like this don't come along very often: a real gem of a piece which would look fantastic in any home!
